The building's ground level is approximately 18,000 SF and contains a main lobby and reception, exam rooms, and labs. The 6,000 SF second level contains the business center and includes office space for 40 personnel, as well as a conference room, staff lounge, and long-term records storage. The overall building motif is similar to a Federal Style and includes southern style elements.
