Our architectural services included a Master Site Plan, the building's exterior design, interior programming and schematic design, design development, and construction documentation and administration. We provided interior design of the first and second floor core space as well as the second floor call center. The main entry of the building is a three story atrium space, the building itself is designed with an industrial flair with a modern high tech interior. The final cost was $2.5 million. Phase II consisted of the interior design of the office complex and was completed Fall 2010.
