The goal of the Blue Wall Centre is to connect people to the Upstate by enabling them to enjoy, explore, understand, and conserve this wondrous environment. The program master plan for the site includes a Visitor Center, terraced garden rooms, hiking trails, 'Peak-Peek', a lakeside restaurant, eco-lodging, and 'Lake Lights'. The Blue Wall Centre's main objective is to attain LEED™ Platinum Certification. MKA is working in association with Studio Gang Architects, Chicago, Illinois.
