The project included the design of the Greenville-Upstate headquarters for U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, as well the office for MKA. The building's central location in the heart of the city also serves as a vital business hub and provides spacious headquarters for additional tenants Cothran Properties, NAI Furman and Associates, and Life-force Fitness. MKA's design incorporated a seamless transition between public and private space. The first floor of the building houses the expansive day-to-day operations of Regions Bank. The 8,000 SF space features a civic space defined by a distinctive circular glass black wall along the perimeter, and is anchored by two unique Palmetto Tree sculptures by a local artist. The bank's conventional offices, teller counter, vault, and break room are located adjacent to the lobby core.
