BROWN STREET CLUB

This 4,500 SF Jazz Club was designed and constructed in two phases. The first phase was primarily geared towards the design of a bar with a limited-seating dining area. The second phase incorporated the adjacent tenant space expanding the dining space as well as increasing the size of the kitchen. Our services included kitchen layout and coordination, lighting design, bar design, bar and wine storage design, and specifications, as well as adjusting restroom sizes to satisfy the current building code. MKA also provided HVAC and plumbing upgrades, electrical service to the building, lighting fixture design, emergency lighting, and outlets per code.
